There are thousands of agents to choose from.  The first cut is relatively easy.  The average agent is part time and does less than 6 deals per year.  You want to cut anyone who is not full time in real estate and has not sold at least 20 homes a year.  Why? Experience and availability should be a priority to you, the consumer, when purchasing one of the largest investments in your lifetime.

It then becomes harder to know who to cut.  It usually comes down to selecting an agent who has really great references from past clients and from others in the industry.  It is important that your agent work well with you and with those who will be part of the transaction (title company, lender, inspectors, contractors, etc.).

Lastly, is the agent a good fit for you?  Are you comfortable with the agent (you will spend a lot of time with your agent)?  Do you feel like the agent took the time to get to know you and understands what you want and need out of your home sale and/or purchase?

Now that you know that, why would I be the best agent for you?  Look at my reviews on Zillow and Facebook.  My clients enjoy working with me and appreciate what I bring to the table.  I have references available from industry professionals who work with others in the industry and will attest to why I stand out among the crowd.  I am happy to provide those references upon request, as their comments are too lengthy to reference here.

Am I a good fit for you?  I have been selling real estate since 2004.  I am full time and average well over 20 transactions a year.  I am very relational and see you as a person who has needs, wants, and dreams.  Your home is reflective of you.  I will take the time to get to know you, which means I will find you the home that meets your goals.  I want you to feel confident that you will buy the home you want and want the home you buy.  It’s far too large a purchase for buyer’s remorse six months after you move in.

What about me personally?  I am a mother, a wife, and a Phoenix native.  I enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking.  I love my dogs.  I am passionate about people, all people.  I spend time working with trauma and abuse survivors.  I invest my resources into our community.  I sponsor education for children internationally, as I believe education is the key to ending poverty.  I focus on what unites us rather than what divides us.

I would love to have an opportunity to meet in person to see if I am the best fit for you.  Call me today to schedule a meeting.
